Location

Pointe d’Esny  is situated in the southeast of Mauritius, just a 10-minute drive from Mahébourg. This charming Mauritian town boasts a vibrant daily market, local shops, and authentic restaurants.

A supermarket, restaurants, a pharmacy, a butcher, and a hairdresser are all within a 5-minute drive from the villa, ensuring convenience during your stay.

The lagoon of Pointe d’Esny is renowned for its vast turquoise waters, protected by a distant coral reef. The beachfront in front of the villa offers pristine white sand and excellent swimming conditions.

Villa Details

Villa Easternwind is designed to accommodate six guests (no children under 6).

Ground Floor

• Spacious lounge and dining area with sea views, opening onto a veranda with a second dining table and lounge chairs.
• A back terrace with an additional dining and living space, plus a large barbecue area for shaded outdoor meals.
• A fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine.
• A guest toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board.
• Two covered parking spaces.

While food and beverages are not included, your first meal and basic groceries are provided upon arrival.

Despite its proximity to the airport, there is minimal air traffic overhead, ensuring a peaceful stay. On rare occasions, passing planes offer a spectacular view over the bay.

• A housemaid provides daily cleaning (3 hours/day, except Sundays and public holidays). She can also prepare authentic Mauritian dishes for lunch (ingredients not included).
• A local fisherman visits the villa daily, offering fresh fish, lobster, crabs, and seasonal vegetables.
