Villa Victoire

Villa Victoire is on the south-east coast, at Pointe d’Esny, about 15 minutes from the airport. Ideally located on the beach, it has a magnificent view of the lagoon with its magical colours!

Location

The beautiful Pointe d’Esny beach stretches for more than a kilometre between Mahébourg and Blue Bay, where you find the Marine Park.

First restaurants and shops are at 3 min by car, to be exact 1, 8 km.

Likewise, Mahébourg is at 5 minutes’ drive from the villa. Along with the many typical shops, the town has a great market. Shopping fresh fish, meat, vegetable and fruits or just a visit is absolutely a must!

The lagoon with turquoise waters, well protected by the coral reef, is therefore safe for swimming and snorkelling. It is also a very popular place to indulge in the pleasures of windsurfing or kitesurfing in the month of July – October.

Villa Victoire, 280 m² is built directly on the white sand. The villa has 4 bedrooms, all with sea view.

The bedrooms have in total 3 double beds and 2 single beds. Besides they all have air conditioners and fans and in addition 5 bathrooms, whom 2 with bath tube!

Moreover, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen, a laundry, TV room, front veranda and an additional rear veranda. The villa is equipped with 3 TV’s plus Canal Satellite, also 3 DVD-CD players. Furthermore, 1 computer, Internet and Wifi, 1 barbecue …. Although Villa Victoire is very spacious, we accept a max of 6 people, children over 2 years included. Baby coat available for free on request.

In case of a larger group, Villa Easternwind is a neighbour villa with equally 6 beddings.

Service

Our housekeeper works from 9 am to 13 pm Monday to Saturday. She makes the rooms, cleans the house, does the laundry and prepares 1 meal too if you do the shopping; an additional maid works from 9 am to 12 pm. Babysitting is possible at extra cost.
Food and Beverage are not included.

Surroundings

The Kite School of Pointe d’Esny and the Yacht Club of Pointe d’Esny are at 100 meters on the beach, the Blue Bay Marine Park is 2 km from Villa Victoire. Boat tours such as Catamaran can be booked, so to visit the Ile aux Cerfs or nearby Islands.

Transport

Buses are available during the day, though taxis any time; Still, we recommend a car to visit the beautiful surroundings, markets and Parks and the Island
