Villa Cap Malheureux is not only a a cozy House of 165 m², but also waterfront and indeed only a few meters from the famous red church of Cap Malheureux!

Location

Villa Cap Malheureux is located 1 hour from the airport, in the very north of Mauritius, where you have all facilities at hand. Although there are many hotels in the north, Villa Cap Malheureux is a quiet Bay with less tourism.

A small shop is next to the property and a supermarket 3 km away, also the Bus station is at 100 meters only, as well as some restaurants, nonetheless you find more opportunities in the nearby Towns of Pereybere and Grand Baie.

While the Bus station is just behind the property and a car is not absolutely necessary, we still recommend hiring a car to visit the Island.

Villa Cap Malheureux is fenced via the waterfront with a small gate giving direct access to a very nice beach. The view from the terrace on the Island of the “Coin de mire “is particularly beautiful! Enjoy a barbecue evening in the garden, cocktail in hand along with the beautiful colors of the sunset on the horizon!

Guests are only a short walk from the famous red roof church, in fact the church where many locals get married for its charm!

Villa Cap Malheureux is fully furnished and accommodates up to 4 people, in addition 1 child up to 12 years and 1 baby.
A housemaid cooks delicious Mauritian meals for lunch if guests provide the ingredients. She will tell you what she needs for Mauritian specialties.

The owner lives on site and is there for you if necessary, but all the same she will give you total privacy.

The villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, an additional bed, an open space kitchen, furthermore a rear and a front garden, both fenced, a veranda overlooking the garden and sea with views of the church.

Wifi covers all areas.

Surroundings

Visit the northern islands by catamaran. (Ile plate, Coin de Mire etc. …) . Agencies propose excursions in Pereybere and Grand Bay.

Diving at Kuxville, 500 meters from the villa.

Rides per Glass bottom boat are possible nearby, as well as water sports;

Kite at 5 minutes by car in Anse la raie

Also visit the Sugar Cane Museum and the Pamplemousses Garden including the market of Port Louis.

Do not miss the fishermen when they get back in the afternoon and sell their fresh fish next to the church!
