Villa Ayapana

Villa Ayapana is a secured 4-suite premium villa of 300 m2,  including a private swimming pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV as well as a housekeeper. The Property is equally overlooking the lagoon and the Paradis Golf Resort. Villa Ayapana accommodates up to 8 guests plus 2 babies.

Location

Villa Ayapana is 75 minutes from the airport, sitting beautifully at the foot of the Morne Brabant in the southeast of the island, thus one of the most historical parts of Mauritius.

Along with the beautiful beach of Le Morne at 900 meters, you and find some restaurants and snacks and especially the famous Le Morne kite-surf spot and water sport.

Furthermore, Luxury hotels Dinarobin, LUX Le Morne, St. Regis and Le Morne Paradis are located nearby and offer a wide range of sports activities, restaurants and evening entertainment also to nonresidents at extra fees and when available.

The first restaurant/café/bar is within 5 minutes walking distance. The supermarket is in La Gaulette, 15 by car.

Villa Ayapana spreads over 2 floors and welcomes up to 8 adults and 2 toddlers (0-3 yrs).

The kitchen is on ground floor and not only modern, but fully equipped with direct access to the pool.

All suites have double beds and in addition their respective bathrooms including air condition:

en-suite bedroom located on ground floor, which gives on the typically Mauritian varangue (semi-open space) overlooking the garden..

master bedroom including 2 showers such as internal and external with breath-taking mountain view.

The TV area is on the upper floor with a cosy corner

On ground floor, the Mauritian Varangue is a semi-covered outdoor area overlooking the garden, undoubtedly the « Entertainment Space » , ideal for winding down and enjoying meals; Although it opens wide to the garden and pool, this space closes off with electrically operated shutters as well.

The private outdoor pool area with sun loungers is indeed the place to relax as it also offers a covered Sun Lounge area.

Moreover, enjoy the tropical garden with its local vegetable patch !

Services

Our housekeeper is at your service 3 x/week except Bank Holidays, between 8 am and 12 pm; In case you prefer other hours, she is flexible in the morning. Moreover, the housekeeper cooks lunch for a supplement if you do the shopping.

Transport

We organize your airport transfer and car hire with delivery at the airport Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam or at Villa Ayapana; We recommend to hire a car.
