La Case Najoli

La Case Najoli is a fully equipped Cottage of 80 m2 and very comfortable for 4 people, with private pool, in Le Morne, the wild south of the Island, therefore with less tourism, in the middle of nature and garden of 1500 m2, surrounded by Deer’s, Birds and coconut trees and thus only 50 meters from the lonely beach!

Details

The Terrace is spacious while it gives sight on the beautiful landscape and also the mountain behind the property. Moreover, the view from the bed overlooks the beautiful garden and large trees. It is very relaxing, away from all, a little paradise seldom to find!

The House is not modern, all the same, the rooms are nicely and simply furnished in a creole style.

La Case Najoli is 50 meters from the Villa La Cocoteraie and 100 meters from Zaza, hence totally separate by trees and very discrete. Nobody will disturb you. Although it is practical for bigger groups and families who’d like to be near each other to rent 2 or 3 villas and still enjoy their privacy.

Bedrooms

La Case Najoli has 2 bedrooms, each with large double beds, bathroom/wc en suite, Air Condition and additional Fans. The kitchen and Livingroom are 1 room which open onto the the terrace. It should be noted that one bedroom opens onto the terrace and is not connected to the other rooms. With this in mind, the house is suitable for couples and children over 8 years old. Nonetheless, small children are welcome and can share the room with an adult.
Bedsheets and towels are provided for free.
The terrace gives to the garden and pool; Apart from this, there is another covered terrace a wooden table and benches to enjoy barbecues or a Cocktail evening. The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a water filter so that purchase of water is not necessary.

Service

The Housemaid comes 2 hours per day to clean. While this service is included, you can ask upon arrival to have a cook for an extra fee.

Surroundings

The beach across the small coastal road, in fact only 100 meters from the house. Whereas it is ideal for children as well as for elderlies with its fine sand and easy entry into the water, it is great for all ages to swim and snorkel. It is shallow for the first 20 meters then gets slowly steeper. The Bay is protected and good to enjoy throughout the year.

The south coast is wild and natural with beautiful beaches and cliffs further to the east. The bus comes every half hour and stops right in front of the property, nevertheless, a car is recommended to visit the nearby spots as Chamarel, the Gorge of Black River as well as Souillac, Gris-Gris and many other sites.

A kite school is only 3 min away by car or 10 min walk, alternatively, the international spot for kiting and windsurfing called « One Eye » is only 10 minutes away by car.

You can rent a fishing boat in the nearby village of Le Morne for trips on the lagoon, especially swim with the dolphins and enjoy catamaran outings, diving and snorkeling, deep sea fishing.

In Addition, the famous Golf course of Le Morne Brabant is practically at your feet and the golf course of Bel Ombre at only 15 minutes by car.

The next shops are close-by , 1 km, in the Village of Le Morne, indeed very handy for basics; Even so, a Supermarket is at La Gaulette, along with restaurants at only 10 minutes by car.
