La Case Najoli

Lovely house in a beautiful, green setting Left on TripAdvisor, Aug 2018 for a stay in May 2018 We stayed at La Case Najoli as a couple in May 2018 and absolutely loved our stay. It is a great place for people who love to be surrounded by nature and don’t want to be right at the tourist hotspots. The house is surrounded by the most beautiful garden and plenty of palm trees. It had such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, our favorite spot was the terrace which has such beautiful views and a dining and seating area. We found the kitchen and the house overall well cleaned and felt very comfortable.
The house is just a short walk away to a beautiful, big beach which we almost had to ourselves. The view of Le Morne Mountain was stunning, come here to watch the sunset! Excellent Kite and Windsurf spots not far away. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car (10-15min).
If you want to stay close to Le Morne, this is the place to be!

AirBnB April 2017 Wonderful place to stay and discover Mauritius from a non-massive touristical angle. Marceline, who lives at the entrance of the property and cooked for us several evenings is a great plus and creates a contact with locals ! Has a lot of local contacts for activities.

... perfekt, traumhaft!  Left on Mar 10, 2017 for a stay in Feb 2017 ... wir meiden Hotels und haben uns auf Ferienhäuser und Villen im mittleren Preissegment spezialisiert. Unsere Erfahrungen sind daher vielfältig. Über Case Najoli gibt es sowohl von mir als auch von meiner Partnerin ein eindeutiges Super und Daumenhoch zu berichten. Wir habe 14 Tage Ende Februar bis mitte März in dem Anwesen verbracht. Ein blühender Garten, das belebte Rehgehege hinter dem gepflegten Pool, Privatsphäre, ausführliche tägliche Reinigung außer Sonntags, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (für alle Nachmieter habe ich eine neue Bratpfanne gespendet), eine funktionierende Aircondition in den Schlafräumen, Wlan, Ruhe, Entspannung - trugen zu dem perfekten Aufenthalt bei. Da ich gerne koche, habe ich die lokalen Gemüsearten und Fisch etc. zubereitet und auf der Terrasse serviert. Gemüse und Obst kauft man bei den Gemüseständen an der Straße, das Übrige bekommt man im Supermarkt in La Gaulette. Restaurants in La Gaulette (Chez Mailee und Fritzzis) können wir ebenfalls empfehlen - ich habe also nicht ständig gekocht. Zu erwähnen ist auch das Riff vor der Tür (50 Meter über die Straße). Bei Flut mit Schnorchel, Brille und Flossen ausgerüstet, findet man die schönsten Flachwasserkorallen und deren Bewohner 10 Minuten von Case Najoli entfernt. Ein Mietauto ist empfehlenswert, dabei ist auch der Vermieter Nazim, von den Eigentümern und dem Portal Mauritius-direct empfohlen, eine verlässliche Adresse. Diese Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten steht in unsere Liste der Ferienhäuser an der Spitze. Preis-Leistung fair, angemessen, Mauritius die Insel ist sowieso der Hammer. Mehr Lobeshymnen gibt es nicht, sonst fährt womöglich jeder dorthin :-)
