The  large open living space and its huge bay windows give way on the many blue shades of the lagoon, as well as stunning sun and moon rises. You step out on a 11-meter-wide front deck, which allows you to relax and enjoy a cocktail and barbecues.

An American modern kitchen includes high standard facilities such as a double fridge and wine cellar cupboard. Among other oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer.

In the enclosed common area is a large 20 meter swimming pool to swim or relax on the sun loungers that surround it.

The service is provided by 1 house maid 6x/week. One of the housemaids cooks one meal a day; She can cook a second meal in supplement; Shopping, food and beverage are not included.

Surroundings

The beautiful Bay in front of B & P Lafayette is ideal for swimming, also for the little ones, specially playing in the in clear water and fine sand. Not to forget snorkeling right from the beach, as we provide the gears! Kitesurf, windsurf are also possible with your own equipment;

Bras d’eau National Park is at 5 min by car; Furthermore, activities such as tennis and Watersport are available  at Azuri, 8 minutes by car.

The well-known Golf courses, for exemple The Legend, Maritim , The Links are only 15 min by car. Definitely a good address is the  Restaurant “la maison d’été” at 3 minutes, in particular their Sunday Brunch!

A must is the visit of the  typical town FLACQ with its local daily market but its big supermarkets too where you find all you need. On the way back, do not miss the fresh Fish sold on the side of the road.
