Beach Penthouse Belmare – Beachfront Apartment in Belle Mare, Mauritius

Beach Penthouse Belmare is set directly on one of Mauritius’ most beautiful beaches in Belle Mare. It is part of the private Rose des Sables residence, about one hour from the airport.

The beach in front offers fine white sand and clear, shallow water. It is ideal for swimming and long walks under the casuarina trees. In our view, it is even more beautiful than Île aux Cerfs.

The residence includes a swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, and sun loungers. The setting is calm and well maintained. Direct access to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the sea at any time of day.

The penthouse is peaceful and spacious. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing, reading, or dining outside under the pergola. You can enjoy the sea view, the sound of the waves, and the changing colours of the lagoon.

The Penthouse

The apartment is on the second floor. It offers around 190 sqm of living space, plus terraces and a balcony. All main areas have sea views.

The living space is open plan. It includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace.

The lounge has a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and local channels. The dining table seats up to 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• fridge and freezer
• oven and microwave
• induction hob
• Nespresso and drip coffee machines
• dishwasher and washing machine

The terrace is large and partly covered by a pergola. It includes a dining table and sun loungers. More loungers are available by the pool and garden.

Bedrooms

• Master bedroom: double bed, sea view, balcony, open en-suite with bathtub, shower, and WC
• Second bedroom: double bed, sea view, balcony
• Third bedroom: double bed, open view towards fields and mountains

All bedrooms are air conditioned.

A second bathroom with shower and WC is shared by bedrooms two and three.

Residence, Services & Security

The residence has only 15 apartments. It includes an infinity pool (max depth 1.4m) and a separate children’s pool. The garden is landscaped and maintained regularly.

The property is fully secure. It has perimeter cameras and 24/7 security. A safe is available in the apartment.

The penthouse includes Housekeeping 5 days per week (about 3 hours per day). Cleaning, bed making, and linen changes are provided. Also Towels and bed linen . WiFi is fast and free.

A manager will welcome you. On request , a first dinner is arranged for late arrivals (not included).

Families are welcome. A baby cot and high chair are available. Meals can also be prepared on request using your groceries (not included).

Location & Activities

Belle Mare is on the east coast of Mauritius. The area is known for its natural beauty and quiet atmosphere. The beach is less crowded and more preserved.

Trou d’Eau Douce is about 15 minutes away. It offers restaurants and boat trips to Île aux Cerfs.

Centre de Flacq is about 20 minutes away. It has markets, shops, and supermarkets.

Water sports are available nearby, including kitesurfing, diving, and boat trips. Fishing, catamaran cruises, horse riding, and spa treatments can also be arranged. Fresh seafood can often be sourced locally.
