Villa Banian

الواجهة البحرية و 130 متر مربع فيلا بانيان هو 40 كم من المطار في شرق موريشيوس في قرية Trou d’eau Douce، ولكن فقط 10 دقيقة بالقارب من المعروف “île aux Cerfs”.

فيلا بانيان على مشارف القرية مع إطلالة هادئة على الخليج. على بعد أمتار قليلة من pirogues من الصيادين، رصيف للقوارب إلى Ile aux Cerfs، وبالتالي فهي حية ونموذجية وساحرة.

فيلا بانيان هي دعوة جدا للأزواج أو العائلات، كما أنه يقدم : 1) بالإضافة إلى ذلك، خدمة مدبرة منزل الذي يعد الغداء 2) حديقة خاصة ومسيجة، 3) بركة سباحة خاصة مخبأة من وجهات النظر الخارجية، 4) جميع غرف النوم مع البحر وجهات النظر.

يقع رصيف الميناء إلى Ile aux Cerfs على بعد 100 متر من المنزل، وتقع الشواطئ الجميلة في Palmar وحسناء فرس على بعد كيلومتر واحد فقط.

بنيت فيلا بانيان في حجر الحمم البركانية في نمط موريشيوس نموذجية ومريحة جدا. يفتح المطبخ على غرفة المعيشة وواسعة ومجهزة بالكامل.

من حمام السباحة لديك منظر رائع على البحيرة، والأهم من ذلك على شروق الشمس وMoonrise!

التفاصيل

يمكن للقصر استيعاب ما يصل إلى 6 أشخاص مع 3 غرف نوم وأسرة مزدوجة وتكييف الهواء. جميع غرف النوم تواجه المسبح والبحر.

غرفة النوم الرئيسية لديها حمام داخلي مع دش / بالوعة / مرحاض ; هناك حمام ثان مع دش / بالوعة و 1 مرحاض منفصل.

الخادمة تأتي 6 x/week إلا في أيام العطل الرسمية; وقالت انها لا التنظيف، والأسرة، وغسيل الكتان؛ خادمة نفس الخادمة أيضا يعد الغداء إذا كنت تفعل التسوق; ستخبرك بما تحتاجه لتخصصات موريشيوس تعيش في مكان قريب ويمكن أيضا طهي الطعام في المساء مقابل رسوم إضافية صغيرة.

يمكن للضيوف القيام بأول عملية تسوق أساسية في المتجر الصغير خلف الفيلا، كما يمكنك الوصول إلى المحلات التجارية والمطاعم على مسافة قريبة.

Trou d’eau douce هي قرية صياد موريشيوسية أصيلة صغيرة مع محلات صغيرة للطعام ومطاعم نموذجية وأسواق صغيرة. يتم تحريك المكان مع القوارب في البحيرة. سيأخذونك إلى (لِل aux سيرفس) والجزر القريبة يجتمع السكان المحليون على رصيف الدردشة والاستماع إلى موسيقى سيجا ، لذلك ليس دائمًا هادئًا!

المنظر من المنزل على الخليج رائع ! استمتع بالاسترخاء تحت شجرة البانيان المئوية بالقرب من المسبح ، مما يضيف المزيد من الأصالة إلى المكان.

AirBnB January 2016 We had a fantastic stay, the property speaks for it's self, it's beautiful. If your looking for some where to relax with friends or family away from the main centre's then this is it. There is plenty to do in the area including snorkeling, kite boarding and diving. Also a number of good restaurants. Highly recommend.

AirBnB November 2014 Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, spacieuse et fraiche, la vue depuis la terrasse: piscine et mer, le quartier vivant de l'embarcadere de l'ile aux cerfs et surtout la presence et la cuisine de Lohanne.

It was Amaazing!!!! Flipkey: Left on Apr 22, 2014 for a stay in Apr 2014 We stayed at Villa Verde from 08-18 April 2014, it really felt like we were in paradise. It such a beautiful house with breath taking views. Internet access for that must see email from home and posting photo's on Facebook. I would recommend this house to anyone, we come from South Africa and we like our space and this house has a lot of space. We had so much to do in around the area we did not have time and did not want to sit in front of the TV for 5 minutes. Even before we went the lady I corresponded on email (Stephanie) were so helpful and friendly! Thank you so much for a beautiful and memorable stay, we will definitely go back and visit again!!!

C'était TOP !!! Flipkey: Left on Mar 25, 2014 for a stay in Feb 2014 Nous avons été scotché dès notre arrivée par cet endroit avec pour comité d'accueil la charmante Loanne qui saura vous cuisiner de bon petits plats. Le seul bémol, mais c'est juste un point d'amélioration (quitte à le facturer) aurai été un repas à l'arrivée pour éviter de courir faire les courses après un voyage long et fatiguant. Nous y avons passé une semaine (7 nuits) idéale. La Maison est belle, grande, bien agencée, très bien équipée et donne sur une vue assez sympathique. La piscine est excellente ... Notre fils unique de 8 ans nous en parle encore !!! La télé est reliée à canalsat, donc pleins de chaînes, la cuisine est ultra bien équipée, les chambres spacieuses et propres avec des lits de qualités, ... On s'y sent vraiment bien ! En conclusion, voilà un rapport qualité/prix qui mérite le détour et que nous recommandons. Pour notre 5éme futur voyage à Maurice, pas impossible que nous y retournions ;-)
