Prince 13 years on Airbnb Prince May 2022 Stayed a few nights Wir (Kind 5 Jahre und Eltern) hatten an diesem wundervollen Ort eine sehr gute Zeit. Paradiesicher Garten mit Seerosenteich, Bananen- und Grapefruitbäumen. Pool mit weitläufigem Ausblick auf einen Berg und Palmenhain. Empfehlenswert!

John December 2019 Stayed about a week Highly recommended. We think La Case de Najoli is perfect if you are looking for something like the following: - more of a taste of ‘real Mauritius’ (I.e. not inside an antiseptic hotel complex of which there seem to be a lot). - your own space away from the other tourists - your own private pool - a beach close by (which during the week is visited by few people - and for us was often empty first thing in the morning) - superb snorkelling - just out from the beach - where you can see beautiful little tropical fish. - waist high water for 100s of metres (due to the reef which is c. 500 m out from the beach) - somewhere to see some of the glorious little tropical bird life, the occasional wild pig and deer. - in an area which is not built-up and touristy - somewhere close to an outstanding place to either learn to kite surf or just kite surf (Le Morne Kitesurfing beach: 10-15 min by car) - somewhere not to far from a supermarket (c10 mins by car) - to hire a car. (Best way to get around, in our view.) - a great hiking spot with wonderful views (up Le Morne Brabant hill). We loved it.

Ken Knob Noster, Missouri August 2019 Stayed with kids Dominique’s place was perfect for my family of four and made our visit to Mauritius more than we could have hoped for. The location is perfect for those that want to escape the mass tourist destinations/resorts that dot the island and would like to do lots of exploring. There’s a beautiful beach within 100 meters or so of the house and for kiters you are situated right between Le Morne and Bel Ombre with about a 10- 15 minute drive to each location. The La Gaulette supermarket is not far and offers everything a family of four would ever need. Casela Safari Park, dolphin tours, Chamarel 7 Coloured Earth, kiting locations, and some shopping are all pretty close to Dominique’s place. The longest amount of time we spent driving to a location was about 45 minutes. The house is comfortable and worked well with our family of four and would also work with couples too. Modern bathrooms and bedrooms made our stay very relaxing. Additionally, our two children (6 and 9) loved the pool! The pool was perfect for the children’s sizes and abilities and they would have been content to never have left the property except to feed the turtles! Communication with the hosts was spot on and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend having Marcesse organise several local Mauritian dinners during your stay—fantastic! Finally, we could not have asked for a better holiday and experience and would love to return some day if possible. My family and I highly recommend La Case Nejoli to those looking for an authentic Mauritian experience! K. French

Petra Maria June 2019 Stayed over a week Mit Sicherheit das schönste Fleckchen auf Mauritius <3. Eingebettet inmitten von Natur pur - einer Hirsch- und Wildschweinfarm, einem wunderbaren Seerosenteich liegt dieses Juwel mit eigenem Swimmingpool. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit voll ausgestatteter Kücheneinrichtung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wer nicht selber kochen möchte, der lasse sich von der zauberhaften Marcessa bekochen - und sie kocht wunderbar :) Christina schupft liebevoll den Haushalt, räumt auf und wäscht auch auf Wunsch die Wäsche. Drei süße Katzen kommen hin und wieder auf Besuch und freuen sich über Streicheleinheiten. Die Gastgeber sind supernett und zuvorkommend. Noch zu der Gegend rundherum: Der Strand ist in 2 Minuten erreicht, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nun mal im Süden Mauritius zu finden, Le Morne Brabant thront unweit der Unterkunft und ist einen Aufstieg wert. Allerdings wurden die Sicherungsseile im oberen Drittel entfernt und man darf dann das letzte Stück nur mit einem Guide absolvieren. Ein Muss ist Casela, ein wunderschöner Park mit vielen buchbaren Aktivitäten: Zip Line, walk with the lions, cheetah interaction,..). Chamarel Waterfall im Black River Nationalpark mit seinen siebenfarbigen Erden eine Faszination sondergleichen.... Der Strand unweit der Unterkunft ist schön und sauber und am Ufer seicht zum hineingehen. Der Unterwasser-Wasserfall befindet sich auch nicht weit entfernt und kann mit dem Wasserflugzeug bestaunt werden. Fazit: Selber schuld, wer in den Norden fährt, denn der Süden ist definitiv schöner mit all seinen Attraktionen. Also: Flug buchen, die Unterkunft bei Elizabeth und Richard buchen, die Seele baumeln lassen und das Land inhalieren. Schönen Urlaub wünschen Petra und Michael <3

Lovely house in a beautiful, green setting Left on TripAdvisor, Aug 2018 for a stay in May 2018 We stayed at La Case Najoli as a couple in May 2018 and absolutely loved our stay. It is a great place for people who love to be surrounded by nature and don’t want to be right at the tourist hotspots. The house is surrounded by the most beautiful garden and plenty of palm trees. It had such a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, our favorite spot was the terrace which has such beautiful views and a dining and seating area. We found the kitchen and the house overall well cleaned and felt very comfortable.
The house is just a short walk away to a beautiful, big beach which we almost had to ourselves. The view of Le Morne Mountain was stunning, come here to watch the sunset! Excellent Kite and Windsurf spots not far away. Supermarket and restaurants are easily accessible by car (10-15min).
If you want to stay close to Le Morne, this is the place to be!
