Oleksii Wilmington, North Carolina Oleksii Rating, 5/5 stars July 2026 Stayed over a week This is a small, older house with its own charm. The kitchen is well equipped, with a very good fridge and dishwasher, and everything worked well during our stay.The best part is definitely the view over the palm grove. It is a lovely place to sit, slow down and simply enjoy the palms. One of the most beautiful beaches in the area is only about a four-minute walk away, and it is especially beautiful at sunset.The house is located on a large family-owned property, and the hosts live nearby. They were always available when we needed them, but at the same time they were very respectful of our privacy and never disturbed us.We really enjoyed the atmosphere and our stay here.

LaurenceJuly 2026 Tres bon logement, tres bien situé à proximité du morne brabant, et de nombreuses activités. En meme temps, tout est accessible en voiture, meme les regions du nord et de l'est. Marie Noelle nous a régalé avec ses bons petits plats... Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour dans le logement.

Stephanie 7 years on Airbnb Stephanie March 2026 Stayed about a week Maison dans un grand parc, magnifique et calme. Idéalement situé au sud de l'Ile, à proximité de la plage de la Prairie, du Morne et de la côte sud, très belle à visiter. Maison bien conçue pour 2 couples et agréable à vivre. Dominique a toujours été cordiale et très réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la Case Najoli.

10/10 Excellent We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at La Case Najoli. Communication with the host Dominique was easy and prompt throughout - and the Owner Elizabeth also visited us several times to check all was well - which was much appreciated.The facilities were as described in the listing - and the property was well equipped with all the essentials for our stay. There was a little confusion about the location of the washing machine which was in the pool house in the garden - which was fine.While the villa itself is quite rustic - this is exactly what we enjoy - and we found it to be very charming.We also enjoyed the birds, geckos, toads and various wonderful insects that visited us (except the inevitable tropical island mosquitoes) - and the bats, deer, cows and (wild) pigs that were sighted around the property. A housekeeper is available for cleaning and sheet/towel washing - but we preferred to do this ourselves - and Elizabeth and her team were very accommodating to this.The location is very convenient for the beach which is a short stroll away. The nearest takeout food (La Prairie Snack) is a little further in Le Morne - but is tasty and has very reasonable prices.For anything else food wise - apart from an ice cream from the van on the beach at weekends - a car is needed for a visit to La Gaulette- or further afield to Black River or Tamarin.Thank you again to Elizabeth, Robert and the whole team for a memorable and welcoming time -hope to see you all again soon.
