Villa Wol Mare is not only located in one of the most favourite parts of the Island, it offers privacy and quietness.

The property is 200 meters from the Hotel La Pirogue and Sugar Beach Hotel, Hilton and Sofitel. They offer watersport facilities, casino, restaurants etc.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, more are to be found in Flic en Flac 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car or bus.

It takes 40 minutes’ drive from the airport to reach the area of Flic en Flac.

A beautiful beach and a turquoise lagoon await you at 200 meters. You can walk long distances both ways.
The lagoon is a between 1m and 1.60 m average depth depending on the tide , and the reef is about 250 meters away. There are very nice spots for snorkeling.

Villa Wol Mare is ideal for a couple or 6 people. We provide a baby cot and highchair on request.

There is a TV, WIFI , Wireless phone for free local calls; A satellite package is installed, with more than 20 channels TVs (Canal + and its derivatives , TF1, M6 , LCI, Team , Travel, etc …) and several radios

Bed linen and bath or beach towels are provided free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped, inclusive Nespresso machine. All kitchen utensils and crockery are of best Quality. Furthermore, a WEBER BBQ on wheels is available on the veranda.

To be noted: the pool is not fenced; Children are under your surveillance and your responsibility at all time.

Service

A housekeeper will be present 4 hours per day from Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
She cleans and makes the beds. Her services are included in the rental price up to 3 hours / day, however a tip is customary.

You can ask for overtime or babysitting, giving a minimum notice.

200m from Villa Wol Mare, you find a small supermarket for all commodities, as well as bread and newspapers. More, such as larger supermarket, pharmacy, bank, etc. are in Flic en Flac;
Several beach and Hotel restaurants are located within 300 -500m.
Some boat trips start from the residence, including fishing, rides to swim with the dolphins, or picnicking on the island Bénitiers. Our manager organise all this for you on request after arrival.
