Villa Eva

Villa Eva was totally renovated in August 2019 and is ideally located in the east of Mauritius on a quiet and almost private beach in Belle Mare. In particular it is great for long walks on one of the most beautiful beaches followed by creeks and luxury villas.

Villa Eva lays in a Bay which looks north and is therefore secluded from the winds in winter, so that you can enjoy the terrace and beach throughout the year.

Location

Along with The hotel the One and Only Saint Geran , the Hotel Belle Mare Plage too is within walking distance; In addition, they have the world renowned golf courses, The Link and The Legend at 2 km from the villa or alternatively The Golf courses of Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs are a 15 minutes’ drive.

Sport centers, such as scuba diving, kite schools, Pedalo,, Catamaran etc are available on the white sandy beaches of Belle Mare at 10 minutes’ drive.

We rent Villa Eva (6 guests) and its bungalow annex (2 guests) as one entire property for up to 8 people. While some guests travel as couples only or smaller groups, the entire villa is at their disposal, although, we keep the bungalow annex closed for groups of 6 or less. In that case, the bungalow annex shall not be rented separately.

Without a doubt, Villa Eva is unique! Beside the private beach and the clear water at your feet, you are surrounded by tall, palm trees a huge garden with lawns where you can even play football. Furthermore, fruit trees, many birds, space for volleyball, 3 Kayaks, 8 loungers … Not to forget the large terrace overlooking the ocean and especially the Gazebo where 10 people can be seated to enjoy a barbecue.

Bedroom No. 1

The room is on ground floor.  Glass doors open on the garden and the Beach with sea view.
1 double bed 1.90 x 1.80 m, also Walk-in closet and Ensuite bathroom, shower, W/C.

Bedroom No. 2

The room is on ground floor. 2 Twin beds 90 x 1.90 m together as a double bed; a wardrobe and shelfs.

Bedroom No. 3

The Master bedroom is on first floor, with panoramic views overlooking the beach and lagoon – Bed of 1.90 x 2m
Large walk-in closet;

Bedroom No.4

The room is on the first floor of the Cottage / Annexe (open only for reservation of 7 – 8 people)

2 single beds of 90 x 190 put together, En-suite bathroom, shower, sink, toilet.
Private balcony with table and chairs for two people.

Kitchen

The Kitchen is not only newly furnished but has also a big Fridge and a separate freezer compartment. Additionally, professional 90 cm stainless steel oven with five gas hob, extractor hood, large stainless-steel sink, granite tops, complete cooking and electrical equipment, crockery / glassware for 12 people, Nespresso. More importantly, there is an Outside kitchen adjacent to the kitchen with worktable, stainless steel sink.

Just as the Main lounge, the TV room and Dining room also opens to the garden, terrace and sea;

Services

A housekeeper works Monday to Saturday from 9 : 30 to 13: 00. She takes care of the laundry and cleaning; she makes ​​the beds and does the washing up. Moreover, another housemaid cooks Mauritian specialties for lunch if you do the shopping; hence she can also accompany you the first time. The price includes the maid’s services, whereas it does not include Food and Beverage. COOKING SERVICE IS RESTRICTED DURING COVID TIME

Nonetheless, if you require more household and the maid works overtime, an extra fee will apply, same as to cook dinner and serve.

A fisherman delivers lobsters, fish, shrimp and crabs depending on season and weather.

On demand, a private Boat picks you up in front of villa to go to Ile aux Cerfs or similar tours in the lagoon.

We arrange Swimming with the Dolphins in Le Morne and much more to ensure you a pleasant stay, as well as your airport transfer and car hire.
