Villa de la Vallee

Villa de la Vallee is located in the valley of Camp du Roi in the north of Rodrigues only 1 km from the centre of the main town of Port Mathurin. It has 150 m2 of living space and is located in a fenced garden of 1800 m2 with a plunge pool of 2.50 m x 2.50 m to cool off.

Villa de la Vallee has are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double beds) and 3 adjoining bathrooms (shower, toilet and sink), 1 balcony overlooking the garden, 1 kitchen (dishwasher, gas and electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster), 1 living / dining room with 40″ flat screen TV, satellite channels, WiFi internet, 1 front veranda overlooking the valley with sitting area and dining table, 1 rear covered veranda with its friendly bar and sitting area, a plunge pool to relax.

A maid works at Villa de la Vallee from Monday to Saturday in the morning. Her services are included in the rates.

Villa de la Vallee is a ground floor unit, easily reached by car and there is room to park 1 – 2 cars.
The supermarket Roussety is 900 meters in Port Mathurin, otherwise next door there is the small shop “Sailesh” which is an excellent “sos”

Villa de la Vallee is in the Rodrigues countryside, so like everywhere on the island you will be raised by the rooster’s song

The beach of Anse aux Anglais is 2 km away, the Port Mathurin bus station 1.2 km; Restaurants, bank ect at Mathurin port as well as the market every day can be reached by a walk of 15 – 20 minutes.

Visit the Beaches of Saint Francois, Trou d’argent, Graviers and walk to Anse Bouteilles;
We recommend Deep Sea fishing with Rod Fishing Club Rodrigues, most famous in the Indian Ocean (early reservation is needed). Best Kite Conditions are in Mourouk , 15 min drive; Different sites for Diving are proposed on the Island, the first Diving Centre of Rodrigues is at Cotton Bay, 20 min Drive;
