This lovely home, Villa Lesperance, 130 m2 with private pool, is not only cozy, but also a heaven of peace and relaxation for a couple or family and friends.

Location

While Villa Lesperance is 25 minute’s Drive from the airport near 3 Soleils and only 8 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Graviers. Trekking is a highlight in Rodrigues, for instance from L’Esperance to the beaches of Saint Francois!

The next minimarket is 1 km from the house, subsequently, the small town of Mont Lubin, offering notably ATM, Gas station, Chinese shops, snacks, and especially the market of local vegetables, fresh fish and meat

The villa offers stunning views of the lagoon, garden and private pool.

Lesperance is equipped so that you feel at home, including satellite channel, wifi , microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, rice cooker , coffee maker , toaster, wifi, air condition …

The house can accommodate up to 4 people, moreover 2 children can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room; There are two bedrooms , each with a double bed of  180 x 190,  1 bathroom .

Two terraces are sheltered one at the front to the pool, the other at the rear of the house, with tables and chairs, barbecue.

The pool is 4 x 3 meters, surrounded by long chairs;

Services

The housekeeper welcomes you at arrival and ensures the smooth running of your stay.

A daily maid service is included. You can arrange with the housekeeper to have a cook who also does the shopping at extra charge.

A gardener attends to the pool as well.

Surroundings

Nature surrounds you… A few neighbors are at a reasonable distance, so that you have your privacy and still don’t feel lonely. Walk in all directions from the house, look for lovely trekking’s. Although we recommand a car or scooter to visit the many beautiful parts of the Island.

Most points of interest, such as the Mourouk for Kiter’s, The cotton Bay for Diving, Fumier for its white sandy Beach, the tortoise park for example can be reached in less than 20 minutes.

The housekeeper gives you many tips what to visit around the Island and can even organize boat trips to the Islands or fishing in the lagoon.
