Kenville is a private Duplex for a couple or up to 6 guests, with cleaning lady who prepares lunch, as well as a large pool and garden in a beautiful private complex, only 50 meters from the sea in the north of Mauritius.

Details

The house is semi- detached. Though part of a residential complex in BAIN-BOEUF, it has it’s private space. The house is in the north of the island, near GRAND-BAY and 70 minutes from the airport.

The buildings form a half circle, in 8400 m2 of a carefully maintained tropical garden. Also,  the properties have direct access from their ground floor terrace. There is a first-class swimming pool with overflow, as well as a shallow end for children.

The house lies directly in front of the swimming pool.

The complex is only 50 meters from the sea across the coastal road. From there you can walk on white sandy beaches to PEREYBERE or further north to CAP MALHEUREUX.

Interior

House of 130 square meters.

Ground Floor: – the kitchen is well equipped, followed by the living/dining room and the terrace leading to the garden; Enjoy here the the barbecue area and equipment, including free Parking at the entrance of the house.

First Floor: – bedroom 1 is facing the mountains with twin beds, A/C. bedroom 2 has 1 double bed facing the swimming pool, A/C, balcony. We join the beds together as a double bed if requested.- The  2 bedrooms share one bathroom with shower and W.C.

Second Floor :– bedroom 3 facing the garden with one double bed, A/C and balcony. 1 en suite bathroom with shower and W / C. 1 terrace to the back.

Service

The housekeeper works from Monday to Saturday 9.30 a.m to 13.30 p.m., except on public holidays. She attends to the house and guest laundry. Furthermore, she can prepare lunch during those times and is available to accompany you in buying your groceries, also local fruits and vegetables.

The price includes those services, but a discretionary gratuity is welcomed on departure day. Food and Beverage are not included.

Surroundings

Not far from Kenville  you will find a diving-centre.

Water sports facilities such as windsurfing, water-skiing, deep-sea fishing and parasailing, are easily available in Pereybere.

Furthermore, there is a Golf course in Mont Choisy;

Tennis is also available in Grand Bay, less than 15 minutes away.

Transport

There is a bus station in front of Kenville. Definitely a plus to reach Pereybere in a short time, unless you prefer more shopping, then continue another 5 minutes to GRAND-BAY; You will definitely enjoy the market, the local snacks, the beautiful color of the Bay, water-sport facilities, banks, restaurants, casino and discotheques!
