Location

DOMAINE DE LA FALAISE Private Villa occupies an enviable position on a cliff with 180-degree views of the Ocean . The airport is 24 km away.

Property

The 400 m2 private villa sleeps up to 12 guests across 6 sumptuous rooms, all of which come ensuite and three of them boast breathtaking Ocean views. The villa is not shared and all yours even for 2 guests only.

Next to the spacious living room features an en suite open dining room for 12. Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto a terrace and pool for optimal natural light and epic sea views.

Next door is a granite top kitchen where you can self-cater or get the Chef to prepare a local meal. Not to forget the outside bar and swing chairs–the perfect spot for a cheeky aperitif.

The pool gazebo is the perfect position for wale watching in the month of June to September.

Beach Info

A pretty path and stairs winds its way down to the rocky shores and small private stretches of sand. Here, indulge in shellfish hunting, fishing or snorkeling, or take a walk along the coast

At only 5 minutes from DOMAINE DE LA FALAISE PRIVATE VILLA is the well-known beach of Gris-Gris, or 5 minutes by car, the endless beach of Riambel.

The pool

The extraordinary pool of 5 m x 9 m , 1.40 m deep and fenced by glass panels.

8 deck chairs and a parasol are setup around the swimming pool, as well as a wooden and straw gazebo, an outdoor shower and a large Weber barbecue.

More importantly, there is the bar opening to the terrace

Surroundings

500 meters west of DOMAINE DE LA FALAISE PRIVATE VILLA, The well known Gris Gris cliffs, with 2 local seafood restaurants, one of which, Chez Rosy .

From here you can walk to the “crying rock” or jog further along the coast.

Only a 20 minutes ride away are to be found Resorts with Watersport and Restaurants,  as the beautiful golf course of Bel Ombre;

Rochester Falls, La Vanilla Crocodile Park are easily reached by car or taxi. For Kiters, Riambel at 8 minutes, Le Morne at 25 minutes.

The nearest Supermarket is at 800 meters.

Getting around

On request we arrange your airport transfer as your car rental with pick-up at Airport or delivered at the villa. Taxis are available any time.
