Elisabelle 4 years on Airbnb April 2026 Stayed with kids We loved our stay at Odile's. This villa is undoubtedly one of the most wonderful we’ve had the pleasure of discovering, even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was absolutely perfect: the place is impeccable, very clean, perfectly equipped, and extremely comfortable. We felt immediately comfortable there. The jacuzzi with lagoon views is just amazing, and the little island opposite the villa adds a truly magical touch to the place. What we appreciated most was the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, away from the noise and stress of everyday life. Odile is a wonderful, thoughtful, and caring person. She was kind enough to prepare a welcome meal for us, which we particularly appreciated after arriving in the early evening. The hosting was warm and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. We recommend this place.

The property was ideal .A private beach in a beautiful setting.Nothing was too much trouble for Odile, who was genuinely lovely.We were very comfortable staying in her well appointed villa. We stayed in the outside space all of the time which was perfect for sunshine and shade in comfortable seating. We will definitely try to get back.

Abie Western Cape, South Africa March 2026 Stayed about a week Beautiful place, with description and photos matching the reality. We were very comfortable during our week there. It was a home away from home - except with a much nicer view... The home is located in the northeast corner of the island, between Grand Baie and Grand Gaube, in a small collection of houses privately located on a small peninsula. The last km of road is on somewhat corrugated dirt road, extending over the causeway to the peninsula, which we were expecting, so it was not an issue for us. The house is well set up with a functional kitchen, good wifi, and air-conditioning. There are a few small steps on the property, only of relevance for those with limited mobility. Odile was a delightful host - always happy to answer any questions and provide local advice.

Kathrin November 2025 This place is absolutely beautiful – you feel at home the moment you walk in. Odile, the host/owner, welcomed us so warmly and has truly thought of everything in this apartment. When we arrived, a delicious Creole meal was already waiting for us – such a lovely surprise! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing; you immediately slow down and unwind as soon as you step through the door. The beach right in front of the house, with the small island just offshore, is simply idyllic. We loved the peace and quiet of this little paradise and would come back anytime. Highly recommended!
