Perfect in every way!! Fantastic place, fantastic view, fantastic hosts....
Absolute perfection' seems to be the best description of this place. The house is brand new and located in a quiet neighbourhood right on the beach. You enter through a perfectly made hardwood gate that slides up to reveal this pearl of a villa. We were met by the lovely owners (a local mauritian couple) and shown around the house and explained about the area and possible places to go. Very nice people who did their outmost to provide a nice stay for us. Kind and helpful in every way. The house is super modern in its architecture, it is big, super clean, super well made, high quality furnitures, exquisite beds and a great floorpan with wide folding doors towards the sea so you literally fell outside when standing in the super modern open kitchen or having dinner with a fantastic view of the lagoon. We stayed on the ground floor which was perfect with the kids since they can just run around. The ground floor is 260 square meters with 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has an outdoor shower and the master bedroom is facing the ocean so you will wake up with the sun rising in the horizon. Also facing the ocean is the huge living/dining area with an open kitchen (with all brand new high quality appliances). The tap water is filtered so safe to drink. A huge fridge with ice machine etc. It is possible to rent the first and/or second floor as well if you feel like inviting all your friends and family :) The attention to detail is eminent wherever you go in this house - from the hardwood floors to the marble bathroom table. Everything is just so well made and nice. Comfortable and inviting - it is made perfectly for living a relaxed life in close connection with the view and the ocean. The small private garden in front of the house is perfect for the kids to play and a few wooden steps will lead you to the beautiful white sandy beach in front.
Nothing bad to say really. If you want night life and shops within walking distance this place is not the place for you. But if you are here to relax and enjoy the view and the ocean you can't go wrong with this place.
