Séjour superbe en janvier. La maison est très agréable et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Très confortable et bien aménagée. Accueil adorable par babita et foufouche par ailleurs parfaites cuisinières. Nous nous sommes régalés. La maison est nichée au pied du morne Brabant : verdure, jardin bien entretenu, très calme même s il y a un peu de passage sur la route. Très belle plage et courses faciles à la gaulette. On reviendra!

Edgar was most helpful with welcoming us when our flight was a little delayed and immigration was slow. He arranged for a simple dinner and essentials to be available as we arrived after 9.30pm and were very tired. The house was even better than what we had seen from the website. It was truly a home away from home. Everything worked and the services of a domestic help was very nice. One of them was very good with cooking local food and gave us the pleasure of enjoying a home cooked meal at the villa. We especially enjoyed spending the evenings out at the verandah and by the pool, looking up at the stars in the sky. There was some traffic noise which was not heard from the rooms, and issues with mosquitoes and houseflies but these can be managed fairly adequately with repellants and candles. But we are by the sea - these are to be expected. The location was very convenient to the windsurfing and kitesurfing centres in the Le Morne peninsular. The sea was simply beautiful with its many colours throughout the day. A car is essential. Great restaurants are within easy reach of the villa, either at the luxury resorts or at La Gaulette. Special mention include Sugar by Sirokan 5mins away, Mo Filaos at Baie du Cap about 20mins away, and the Rhumarie at Chamarel about 20mins into the hills. We also went with Yanature to climb Le Morne Brabant. The most memorable climb ever and Yanature was very professional. All in all a most relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Highly recommended.

Magnifique Villa. Tout était conforme à la description. Aucune surprise, ce qui est très appréciable lorsque l on arrive de très loin. La villa est spacieuse et agréable à vivre. La piscine merveilleuse. La villa est proche (5min en voiture) des magnifiques plages du Morne Brabant et avec une vue superbe sur le Morne Les femmes de ménage très gentilles, on doit maintenant éliminer leurs bonnes crêpes des petits déjeuners. La villa est proche de la route, mais cela ne nous n a occasionné aucun désagréments. Nous sommes revenus comblés de notre séjour à l île Maurice et la villa y est pour beaucoup. Je la conseillerai à nos amis et j espère y revenir.

The house was as described and instructions to find it were really good. On arrival, one of the maids met us and ran through the hose with us. We were a bit late so we took her back to the village as the last bus had gone. The 2 maids kept the house immaculate and sorted any issues that we had. A great location and really well done. We wouldn't hesitate to return.
