The villa was beautiful, with stunning ocean views and located in a calm, peaceful part of the island. The support we received from Dominique and the manager, Kathy, was outstanding. They were always approachable, responded immediately, and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The housekeeper, Roma, was an absolute gem. She was so kind, wonderful with the children (she even surprised them with little treats!), and always made sure the villa looked perfect. She knew every detail about the property, and when we had an accident, she even came on her day off to help us. We would recommend this villa to everyone — it truly felt like a home away from home.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in front of the ocean with breathtaking sunrise views every morning. Since there is no reef, you can hear the relaxing sound of the waves all day and night, which made the atmosphere even more special. The beach felt almost private because there were rarely any people around. The water is not too deep, making it comfortable and safe for swimming, even with children. It’s also a great spot for fishing from the rocky stones nearby. The villa itself was lovely, with two very nice and clean swimming pools that we really enjoyed. Everything was well-maintained, and the cleaner came regularly — such a lovely girl. A special thank you to the manager, Kathy, who was extremely helpful with recommendations about shopping and places to visit around the island. We definitely recommend having a car to explore the area and enjoy Mauritius fully. Overall, we were very happy with the villa and would highly recommend it for a relaxing beachfront holiday

We went there in February when it’s very hot in Mauritius. at this part of the island you get more winds and it was so good to have some fresh air coming in. The property is very clean. kitchen fully equipped with whatever is needed for self catering place. housekeeper Roma is great and was doing perfect job to keep everything clean every day. We had a lovely time from the begging (when manager Kathy met us and was very accommodating) until the day we have left. and we are already planning the trip for next year and this is the place we want to go back to.

I highly recommend this apartment. We stayed there for a month, and we were sad to leave. Mauritius itself is beautiful, and this apartment is fantastic. It is right on the ocean, and the sound of waves is very peaceful and soothing. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully furnished, and extremely well maintained. The appliances and finishes are of a very high quality. The manager Kathy is very friendly and helpful and responds to any issues immediately. If you leave the doors open, there is a pleasant cooling breeze that flows through the apartment. If not, all the bedrooms (not strangely, not the main living room) are equipped with AC units that work very well. The Internet connection is lightning fast. We experienced no utility outages during our stay; it was like being in Europe, not Africa. The beach in front of the apartment is very nice, but is not really ideal for swimming or snorkeling. It is great for relaxing. For us it was perfect, but may not be for everyone. We booked this thought Mauritius-direct, and the experience with them was perfect. Our contact at Mauritius direct also helped us to get a vehicle from Nazim at Mauritop. His pricing was excellent and his service was outstanding. I highly recommend both Maritius-direct and Mauritop. There are only three things to be aware of: 1. Cell phone reception for Emtel is very poor in the apartment. 2. You need a vehicle to do anything/explore. Public transportation is sparse, and the only thing in walking distance is another beach, which is also not ideal for swimming or snorkeling (but is suitable for taking a walk on the beach). 3. You need to have your own umbrellas if it rains, as the apartment does not have any.
