Villa Cascavelle C1 is at 45 minutes’ drive from the airport. The Villa has 260 m² living space, with a garden surrounded by a wall.  As a result, guests enjoy full privacy on property and especially the pool. 

Villa Cascavelle C1 has a capacity of 8 people, although we propose prices for 2 guests as well. 

Location

On the west side of Mauritius, between Flic en Flac and Tamarin, is the residence Cascavelle of 14 villas fully fenced with 24h/24 Security guard, 

The property is not only near of one of the finest golf course in Mauritius, such as Tamarina , but also from Casela Park, and the beautiful beach of Flic en Flac.  The large shopping center of Cascavelle is at 2 km; Although taxis are available and the bus stop is only 500 meters away, we recommend hiring a car to visit the Island.

The road along the residence is a secondary road… because of distance to the main road, there is no noise at all around the villa.

Villa Cascavelle C1 is designed in a Balinese-colonial style, a mixture of wood, stone, slate, located on a plot of 600 m²: Furthermore, it has its own private pool of 8m x 4m including an exceptional view of the mountain Le Rampart. 

Above all, the villa is hidden from outside views by an individual wall of 1.80 m. Importantly, two parking spaces are at your disposal within the villas space plus an electric gate.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms en suite , an open space Livingroom , dining room, fully furnished American kitchen; In addition to this, a large terrace with table, chairs, sofas to relax. 

Bring over your tennis equipment! In fact, facilities like tennis court, Boccia are freely available for residents.  Villa Cascavelle C1 has also its own and private Boccia court and equipment. 

The Gazebo with the long chairs is definitely a highlight to relax near the pool.

The Master Suit is on ground floor looking to the pool, air condition, 1 queen bed, walk-in closet, bathroom en suite. Whereas the bathroom has a tub and shower, there is also an outdoor shower surrounded by a luxury vegetation.

Bedroom 3

Services

Housekeeping is included 6x/week except public Holidays. Moreover, the housemaid cooks lunch on request. In this case guests provide food and beverage. While she is not a professional cook, she prepares great Mauritian specialties such as creole, Indian and Chinese cuisine. 

A gardener tend to the pool too, thus 1 – 2 x/week.

Importantly:  the entire villa is yours, independent of amount of people and will not be shared with third parties; Hence it should be noted that, if the reservation is for 2 people, 1 bedroom will be available the others stay closed; for 3-4 p , 2 bedrooms are at the guests disposal, 5-6 p, 3 bedrooms. If you are 3 people for example and wish to use 3 bedrooms, put a request for 5 people please; the price will be calculated accordingly.
