It is peaceful and the small islands of volcanic rocks in the bay in front of the villa are great walk on or to go around by kayak and for snorkeling;

There is a small supermarket just 3 minutes and a large supermarket 10 minutes by car and a very good restaurant 900 meters;
The area is not touristic and very typical with wild beaches and casuarinas;
Possibility of water sports and the most famous golf courses of the island , The Link , The Legend, Saint Géran at 15 minutes and the boats leaving to L’ile aux Cerfs at 25 min.
