Villa Piroga is 15 Minutes from the airport. Not only beachfront but also with great swimming and snorkeling! Away from the road, thus no traffic noise, just the waves and the birds …

Nearby the town of Mahébourg, attractive with its great market and typical Indian and Chinese shops. Besides, the many small restaurants and snacks are a must to try.

The Decoration of Villa La Piroga was made with great attention to details by an interior designer and the owner.

The villa is very comfortable for a group up to 8 people because of all the different spaces such as Patio / Veranda / Living / front Garden/ rear garden/ beach front, … ideal to relax too for a couple seeking calmness.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning plus ceiling fan.

Bedroom-1 on first floor:

Master bedroom with direct Seaview (very large photo window) including attached bathroom. King size bed 1.80 mts bed / 2mts

Bedroom-2 on first floor:

with sea views, including attached bathroom.  2 single beds 90/2mts with the option to put them together as a double bed.

Bedroom-3 on ground floor:

with sea views, including attached bathroom. 2 single beds 90/2mts with the option to put them together as a double bed.

Bedroom-4 on ground floor separate from main building:

Private guesthouse for 2 people adjacent to the main building including attached bathroom. Double bed 1.60 mts/2 mts. Furthermore, a terrace with 2 long chairs overlooking a cozy garden.

To be noted that for reservations of 6 people or less, the guesthouse stays closed.

All bathrooms have glass screens.

For your comfort, we offer white bedding of high quality, (sheets / Quilt / Duvet Egyptian Cotton) and good Mattress cover. Moreover, tablecloths / table sets / towels and beach towels are provided for free.

The Living/ Dining room has 2 very comfortable sofas and a teak table, also a Flat screen TV 42 ‘/ DVD Internet / Wifi and 1 dining table 8/10 people.

One Veranda is at the rear of the villa with a large table, the second Veranda in front with Teak table and chairs, outdoor long chairs and hamacs;

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, amongst others quality pans, Nespresso machine and large American fridge.

Cutlery is in stainless steel for 12 people. Barbecue (Weber) is for coal;

Furthermore, at your disposal: Safe; Fire extinguisher; Outdoor kitchen, Store with Laundry, washing machine, Electric gate, Alarm system which is connected to Caudan Security Service; Shutters for all bedrooms of the villa and

Services

Two housemaids are at your service from Monday to Saturday (on public holidays, there is only one housemaid)  to do complete cleaning, ironing. Whenever you do the shopping, cooking lunch is possible, especially local cuisine, such as Creole, Chinese, Indian. That is to say, one and same menu for the entire group. … the service is included in the price, food and beverage are not.

Both housemaids are very kind and discrete. They can bring fresh bread in the morning (not included). Their hours: 9 hrs -13 hrs.

One of them may arrive earlier and prepare breakfast for a small surcharge.

On arrival day fresh bread, jams, coffee, tea, juices are offered.
