South Point Luxury is an apartment, large of 110 m² and on ground level to a private garden, at Pointe d’Esny Beach, 20 minutes from the Airport.
Pointe d’Esny Beach is one of the most beautiful in Mauritius and offers a turquoise lagoon with crystal clear waters and fine white sand.
The appartement is not only proposed for long term rental but also short term.
The large lagoon is ideal for Kite surfers and Families with small children and on top, easy snorkeling in tranquil waters.

South Point is on ground level and part of 5 units. We’d had in the past often singles or couples renting the apartment for its practicality, although the apartment suits a 6 adults and 1 child, or ideally 4 adults and 2-3 children.
The Living-room and Dining Area give on a fenced garden and lawn, thus safe for children.
Bedrooms
All 3 bedrooms have Air-condition and 3 adjoining bathrooms. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped, especially with an American fridge.
To be noted: we provide and change regularly Bed linen and Bath towels for free. Flat-screen TV and Satellite in Living room and additionally in main bedroom,
The house block is secured by an Electric gate plus guests have their own private parking behind the apartment.
Service
A house maid works from Monday to Saturday 08:00 am to 12:00 noon. Furthermore, she cooks lunch if guests do the shopping; (for short term rentals only); the propertie does not include food and beverage.
Surroundings
Shops and Restaurants, as well as the waterpark of Blue Bay are only 5 min. away. Beside the yacht club to your left, the kite school 150 meters on the beach. Bring along your snorkeling equipment!
The daily market of Mahébourg, 10 min by car or bus is not to be missed; Enjoy fresh fish and meat, not to mention the variety of exotic vegetable and fruits, as well as local art craft.

South Point Apartment a good starting point to visit the Island, ideally 8 miles from the airport, 30.4 miles from Grand Bay. 25.5 miles from Flic-en-Flac.
